If you have any dietary restrictions, please inform our catering staff or the person serving you. Our staff will check with the Catering Manager, Chef, or supervisor to confirm the ingredients in the food. Please note that some ingredients may have been changed since you last ordered or ate the same dish.

If you are unsure about the ingredients in a particular dish, please do not eat it. Some ingredients may contain traces of allergens, and in these cases, you will be informed.

Please do not guess the ingredients in a dish. Always ask our staff for assistance.

What is Food Allergy?

A food allergy is an immune system reaction to a specific food. When someone with a food allergy eats the food, their body mistakenly identifies it as harmful and triggers an allergic reaction. Symptoms of a food allergy can range from mild to severe, and can include:

  • Skin rash
  • Hives
  • Swelling
  • Nausea
  • Vomiting
  • Diarrhea
  • Difficulty breathing

In severe cases, food allergies can cause anaphylaxis, a life-threatening allergic reaction that can lead to shock and death.

Foods that are most commonly associated with Allergies

The most common food allergies in adults and children are:

  • Peanuts
  • Tree nuts (such as almonds, walnuts, and cashews)
  • Milk, Eggs
  • Soy, Wheat
  • Fish & Shellfish

How can I avoid food allergies?

The best way to avoid a food allergy is to avoid the food that triggers the allergy. However, this can be difficult, as food allergens are often hidden in ingredients.

What should I do if I think I have a food allergy?

If you think you may have a food allergy, it is important to see a doctor or allergist for diagnosis and treatment.
